Orange, Connecticut, November 11, 2024 — On Saturday, November 9th, Kashmire, hair and beauty salon kicked off its official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting organized by the Orange Chamber of Commerce.
Located at 221 Boston Post Road, Orange, owners Alyson Anderson and Melissa Murphy were joined by Chamber Executive Director Barry Lee Cohen, clients, friends, and their Kashmire team of beauty experts. The ribbon-cutting was part of an all-day open house that showcased the salon’s commitment to self-care and the community.
Anderson and Murphy believe “beauty and sustainability can go hand in hand.” The luxury salon offers a “retreat where you can indulge in self-care while embracing eco-friendliness. From organic hair treatments to ethically sourced products, Kashmire is dedicated to enhancing, “natural beauty in harmony with the planet.”
Cohen said, “Melissa and Alyson have transformed the new salon into an amazing oasis of beauty care. Previously home to 221 Post A Salon for fifteen years, we welcome Kashmire to the Chamber. We look forward to future community outreach collaborations.”
